Messages & content moderation. Direct messages and discussion comments are automatically filtered for contact information and prohibited content, and may be reviewed by our team for fraud prevention, safety, and policy enforcement (for example, attempts to move transactions off-platform).
Service providers we share data with, limited to what each needs: Stripe (payments & seller payouts — we never store card numbers), EasyPost/USPS (shipping labels — names and addresses), Clerk (sign-in), Convex (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Expo (app infrastructure & push notifications), and Meta (web advertising measurement only — the iOS app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites).
Account deletion. You can delete your account in the app under Settings, or email support@spritzmarket.com for any privacy request. Completed transaction records are retained where required for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention.
